Locales con poca variedad de cosas, el área de comida no está lo suficiente variado para escojer, la comida no tiene sabor y esta cara con respecto a la porción, mal aspecto en los baños, e más la fama que tiene a lo que en realidad es... La gente es amable pero eso no es suficiente para que yo quiera regresar...

Bought a car here 2 years ago from them. They took my offer seriously and didn’t make me sign for anything else but I owed them. I paid with my debit card and the transaction was painless. My only complaint was that the car wasn’t charged before taking it home but we charged on the way and made it with a few miles to spare.

Horrible place. Contacted them with a question about a vehicle and when i said it was out of my price range the person replied with “ dont worried you dont have money to buy anyways bye” Keep up the great custom service…what a joke!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Worst place ever! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I went to look at a Dodger Charger 2010 that they had and it had the check engine on and they sold it the very next day. I bought my very first car here and they didn’t even let me test drive it before signing anything! The sales person kept talking over me when I asked and they strictly wanted $1000 for down payment. They give you a 7 day warranty to return the car however when I went back the very next day they refused to give me my down payment back, they refused to let me exchange the car, and they refused to let me return it. The very same day that I bought it I noticed that the lights did not work and the brakes were not good. Two weeks into it, the car broke down on the freeway, my life was in danger. The transmission popped when it reached 60 mph and when I went back to tell themabout it they said that they sell the cars as is and there’s nothing they can do about it. The repair was $2800 however I did not get it repaired I ended up just returning it, but I did NOT get my money back and now I don’t have a car. This place is a scam.

compre un hondita y me salío bien bueno no puedia ser mas facíl sacar un caro!, miguel era muy atento y jose estaba ayi a ser el proceso rapidisimo. un shout out a m auto center west y recomendare a mi familia.

Intense Extremities

Only giving a 5 star cause Eliseo gave good service. Owner is kinda rude and the cars need to be cleaned plus they dont give you a receipt with a balance of your car after you make a payment. Dealership needs ALOT of improvement.

On the plus side work with Eliseo. He agreed to get my a receipt and if something is wrong with the car before they sell it they will fix it for you. And youll get an approval fast if you have a down payment.

Worse car lot ever i bought a suv,month later transmission went out,he called me a liar i had many mechanics diagnose,last i heard he was a sales man not a mechanic,would not recommend this place at all ,DONT DO IT,waste of money
