I love this market. It reminds me of the markets located in Los Angeles. Phoenix needs more of these markets. Indoor restaurant with homemade tortillas!! What more can you ask for!! I'm in heaven!!

This is all I could buy, since it was all I could carry. I never felt so Discrimated as a single mom in this store. Not only was there no carts on the entrance. The entrance doors are exit only and I had to go all the way around the store to find a cart. Only to find a cart that the wheel was locked. I Asked 5 people at the store if they were able to unlock my car. Not one single person was able to help. I had to shop the store carrying all I could. While there where cart that are being used for random stuff. Instead of for actual shoppers. No point in buying my groceries here anymore.

I am a regular at this ranch market and every time I end up in to this sweet girl line she always greats me and my family and always has a smile on her face she is even very fast and bags my items if I have any questions she will always try to answer or get the manager grate service keep up the good work marlene

So not busy on Sunday which was nice cuz we wanted to order food. Was told the cooks would have to help us. Asked a cook to help and completely ignored. We were the last in line and when we left to another line to get something else, everyone crowded and received help and got their food. If you speak English, I wouldn’t bother coming to this establishment. The grocery shopping is ok but the kitchen staff ignores those who speak English and don’t bother to help 05/28/2023

Horrible Cocina. The cashier's can't keep the lines in order and the posole bowls have half bones and posole. The staff have bad communication with each other and can't remember simple policy and procedures to ensure us clients are being charged correctly for our food. I love this store but the staff need more training on executing orders and cashing people out correctly

Deplorable. The place was dirty, and the employee working behind the seafood counter was very rude and unhelpful. The shrimp I purchased was spoiled and had a funny taste, had to throw it out! I wouldn't come back here for much other than produce, even then there's better smaller markets in Phoenix, with much better customer service! WACK.

This store was so uncomfortable HOT! So much so the cashier said she felt like she was going to faint. I asked her if it was like that all day she said yes. I don't think their air conditioning was working. They had no fans or anything. I feel sorry for their employees.

I love Ranch Market! The produce and baked goods are VERY inexpensive! Great deals on the meats and seafood as well. Certain items can be pricey. There's always a long line at checkout, but it's worth it. Accessible parking and entrance. Wide aisles. Hand sanitizer available at entrance.
