constantly changing management, who never know what’s going on. they won’t even let me get my mail or offer to forward to my new address (which the previous management was given for this very purpose).

with the giant new apartment building that was built right in front, there is no nice view and no sun coming in from most units.

also the units aren’t even worthy of PURCHASING, as they no longer rent. don’t bother, the people you speak with today will not be the same in a week’s time.

Lived there and faced multiple.problems with the time it took to repair the dryer fully.. A month and a half. Plumbing around 2 months. I was told before I had left that the carpet had normal wear and tear after being there for 2 years. I asked if it would be fine to have my own professional take care of it and was misguided by the response of management. Now I'm being asked to replace the whole carpet for a whopping 2 thousand. This is ridiculously over priced. Cleaning regular wear and tear dirt and dust from carpets isn't that difficult. If they say they you're apartment looks great even after you've asked don't trust it and make sure to take pictures always before you leave. Which I am lucky to have done. I don't know.if the company they hired were a bunch of amateurs but it sure seems like they are looking to make a buck from some regular wear and tear to give the go ahead in installing new carpet all together.

Horrible is all I can say! Rented in this building for 4 years and left the unit looking better then when I moved in!! They went through more managers then I can count, all promising different things which in the end I got screwed with them all because nothing was properly documented (not my fault!). Rented an extra key for $100 and never go refunded the money when I returned it as promised. Also, never got the $250 worth of carpeting cleaning that was part of my lease my last year. Management is rude and there are no repercussions because the VP of the buildings back them up no matter what! RUN from this building - it is going down hill fast!

On top of all this, the workout room has 2 treadmills (THAT NEVER WORK) and a rust old weight machine. No amenities come with your "luxury condo". Crappy washer and dryers, not all the cycles on them even work! Carpet is a million years old and cabinets are falling apart.

We lived here for a year and I’ll start by saying the apartments are fantastic. They are well built with tall ceilings and thick walls (which helps keep things very quiet). We lived on 5th floor and had a great view. Neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. Many people in the building own which means they want the building to be well taken care of and kept looking nice which it is.
Management, however, was not good. It was rare we needed to interact with her since things rarely went wrong but when they did they were handled poorly or not fully taken care of. We had water dripping from our ceiling and down our walls this winter. They stopped the leak (after 4 different phone calls that the leak was still happening and getting worse) but never repaired the wall damage and when we moved out said they would just paint over the water stains. No concerns about mold? Yikes! There were also many times when management should have been in her office on a given day and never showed up. I’d love to inform the stonebridge management company of these concerns but have yet to receive my exit survey after moving out two months ago.

The management of this apartment is clueless and is out to extort every last dime from you. We lived in this complex for 4 years. We moved out and the apartment was left spotless. During the walk through, i was told the apartment was so clean and compared to other cleaning this “has got to be one of the best” they have seen. Shortly, i was told I would need to replace a 10 year old stove because there were some starches on the stove top ‘where the pots’ go. We have lived in the apartment for four years, there is bound to be some wear and tear on some of the appliances especially a stove. And why should I buy them a brand new stove? Anyways, they kept all my security deposit and this was settled, at least so I thought, I got a letter 2 years later from a collection agency stating I owe these people even more money. I am so disgusted with this people and sorry I lived there. They are really really really awful people. Stay away from this place. There are lots of newer nicer more affordable apartments in that area. Westmarke will milk you to your bones.

If I could give zero stars I would. The property is fine. I have several issues that have not been fixed from previous tenants and maintenance. Bedroom window was broken on move it that has yet to be fixed (they will likely charge me after move out). Our patios were all redone but our railing was not put back properly one side and there are still bolts on the deck. The new management is HORRIBLE!! They refuse to work with you at all. DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are plenty of other places in the area for similar prices that are much nicer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. You could not pay me to deal with this management company again. I cannot wait to move out and never step foot here or do business with them again.

Update they commented saying they would reach out it has now been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word. Just as I thought this place is TRASH. 3 managers in the 10 months I have been here and they all are awful NO ACCOUNTABILITY NO HELP NOTHING. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Fine place to live and the apartment itself was great, but the management company is very difficult to work with. I was given a late notice for rent over a month after it was due. No one every thought to try and remedy the situation right away and let me know that my payment didn't go through. Clear communication would have been nice.

The gal who answers the phone is extremely rude and does not give you any information. On the website it showed two bedroom apartment is available. When I called to get a tour or more information about it she completely dismissed me and did not even let me finish my sentence. She was so unhelpful. This is the third straight year I’ve been trying to move into these apartments. I’m done calling. Will take my business somewhere else.
