I started my Accupunture journey with Mel on the 19th of March. I went with a long list of ailments. Main things anxiety and my cycle. For years I’ve had horrendous periods which have been debilitating and stopped me from working, woke me up in the night and have caused me to go to A&E with extreme pain that caused fainting and sickness. Anxiety has been horrendous with panic attacks which take a huge stress on my body. Migraines which I was suffering with a couple of times a week and also back pain with a huge area numb caused by pregnancy and my job.

I’ve had 4 sessions with Mel so far since the 19th March, and oh my the difference already is outstanding. My periods have changed in such a short space of time. They are less heavy and the pain is nothing compared to what they have been in the past. My anxiety with Mel’s help is getting better and she not only provides treatment but also offers advice on how to manage inbetween sessions. I’ve not had one migraine and my back pain and numbness is getting better with each session.

I cannot recommend Mel enough, she is lovely, she’s warm and welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She talks you through everything and explains what’s she’s doing and why she is doing it. She’s opened my eyes to so much in terms of anxiety and my cycle. I’m so excited to see where this Accupunture joinery takes me in the future!
