After visiting the weekend farmer's market, I picked up several new recipes. One time, I enjoyed some Chicken Teriyaki with noodles there. It’s a great spot to find fresh produce, flowers, and other local, handmade items! The market is also a place where you can make new connections—I once spent about 20 minutes chatting with a homeless woman I sat beside. Portland has a significant homeless population, so I’ve met quite a few people with unique stories. Some shared valuable insights that have stuck with me, including lessons that help me appreciate stability and avoid homelessness. The people I’ve spoken with offer wisdom that really resonates.

This market was awesome! So many good vendors! We only did one lap, but I could have done a couple to get more goodies!! Unfortunately I don’t know the names of all of the spots where we got things. I do remember a stand that had samples of peaches and nectarines that were out of this world. I definitely regret not getting in the (long) line for some!

This is the greatest farmers market in the city with a great vibe and great location in the park blocks by Portland State University. A not to be missed attraction if you live here or are visiting Portland. You will be nurtured with the great food booths, fabulous flowers and ultra-fresh produce along with artisan produced goods that many vendors have been selling here for decades! So get out and support your local community nourish your body and your soul!

Had fun at the PSU Farmers market today on Dia De Los Muertos. Grabbed a shitake mushroom tamale and bean rice and cheese burrito from Sarah's tamales! Both were super yummy! Also grabbed a Dahlia flower boquet - Beautimous!

A great place to spend the morning or afternoon and vendors galore! Street parking can be scarse so prepare for parking a few blocks away or in a garage. Great selection of Veggies & Fruits!

This place is fantastic! It almost feels like a festival.. music, food, tons of booths with so many new things to try! Me and my teen had such a great time and will definitely be back.

From all the farmers markets around, this one stands out as my favorite. What sets it apart is not just the variety of fresh, local produce, but also the vibrant community atmosphere. The vendors here are incredibly friendly and passionate about their products, which makes each visit a unique experience.

What truly makes this market a cut above the rest, though, is the food. The coffee is hands down the best I've had at any farmers market, perfectly brewed lattes. And don't even get me started on the breakfast burritos. They're a must try, packed with flavor and made with fresh ingredients.

If you're looking for a market that has it all great food, a welcoming vibe, and quality produce, you need to come and check this one out yourself.

Carioca Bowls - Delicious, delicious, delicious. It was a HOT day, and this treat was perfect. BUT I would enjoy it on a cold day as well. If there is a line, it goes quick.
